Credit Card Terms of Use

*If you wish to pay for the travel agreement via credit card, please review the following Credit Card Terms of Use and agree to all of its conditions.
*This agreement comprises part of the "Trade Terms and Conditions Statement" in Article 12-4 and the ""Contract Document"" in Article 12-5. Other conditions apply based on the agency-arranged terms and conditions, airline ticket, and the cancellation/change fee provisions of the incidental items.
*The CCCF(Credit Card Change Form) is a submitted form that uses the IATA BSP(International Air Transport Association Billing and Payment Plan) system where the airfare and facility fee, aviation charges, and fuel surcharges etc.("airport taxes, etc.") becomes a direct transaction between the customer and the airline.
*Regarding our company's set business handling fees (referred to as handling fees) for discount flights, hotels, and other additional items, you will see the fee with our company name (this website) listed as the billing source on your credit card statement. This includes regular fare flights and Purchase Excursion Fare flights (PEX) which the CCCF does not issue.

1. Agreement Completion

If the customer wishes to use his or her credit card, the agreement will be completed as soon as the credit card payment is completed.
In the case that the credit card payment fails, the agreement will not be complete. Our company as well as all transportation and accommodation institutions will not take any responsibility in any cases where the agreement fails to be completed.
(※)Receiving or failing to receive the confirmation e-mail does not determine the final status of the travel agreement.

2. Credit Card Information Entry

(1) Please enter the correct credit card number, cardholder name, security code, expiration date, and amount of payments for the credit card you intend to use.
※Some items may not have the option to determine the amount of payments.
(2) It is the customer's responsibility to handle any repercussions that may occur if the wrong credit card information is entered. If this causes an issue with a third person, it is the customer's responsibility to take appropriate actions and settle any disputes with the third person. Our company as well as all transportation and accommodation institutions will not take any responsibility for these issues.
(3) If any damages are caused due to entering false credit card information and the company deems that it was due to a customer's inappropriate action, the company will seek compensation.

3. Acceptable Credit Cards

We accept following credit card for settlements:
・JCB
・VISA
・Mastercard
*Debit/pre-paid cards cannot be accepted.
*Some of affinity cards may not be accepted.

4. CCCF - Credit Card Adjustment

(1) Billing statements from credit card companies will display the airline (or IATA BSP) as the billing source. Reservations/adjustments with multiple names will also be listed under just the airline as the source.
(2) Our company's handling fee will be billed separately from the CCCF Credit Card bill as its own charge on your credit card statement.
(3) Please note that in order to produce a flight ticket, we will submit your reservation information along with your credit card number, cardholder name, security code, expiration date, and credit acquisition limit number to the airline.
(4) Depending on the flight and/or the airline's acceptable credit cards, your credit card may be unusable. Also, we can only accept one payment for the number of payments.
(5) Airport taxes, etc. to be collected at the time of ticketing will be based on the foreign currency rate. Therefore, there may be a different amount displayed on the final credit card bill from the amount that was initially displayed during reservation, due to fluctuations in the exchange rate. In the case of a price difference due to an exchange rate fluctuation and/or changes in airline fees, the customer is responsible for payment of the difference.
Also, based on the payment-approval system, the amount will first be secured as a Thai Baht-denominated amount. However, the withdrawn amount has been converted intoJapanese Yen.
There are cases where the amount displayed on the website, reservation confirmation page, and e-mail invoice temporarily doesn't match the billed and credit-secured amount.
If you have any questions regarding the bill or credit amount, please contact your credit card company.

5. Contract Termination After Credit Card Payment

(With CCCF)
(1) Any refunds due to flight cancellations, etc. will be transferred directly to your credit card bank account under the airline name (or IATA BSP) after airline cancellation fees have been deducted.
(2) If the payment date and your credit card cut-off date are on different days, the full amount of available money will be debited temporarily.
(3) Repayment after the airline's examination, taking into account the credit card company's cut-off date, may take around 3 months, while international airlines may take 4-12 months. Please understand in advance that some circumstances may prevent airlines from being able to respond to the repayment.
(4) Our company's cancellation fee will be charged separately on your credit card from the airline cancellation's fee.

(Without CCCF)
(1) The remaining repayment amount after the order and our company's handling/cancellation fees have been deducted will be transferred directly to your credit card's bank account under this company's name.
(2) If the payment's date and your credit card's cut-off date are on different days, the full amount of available money will be debited temporarily.
(3) Repayment, depending on the credit card company's cut-off date, may take around 2 months. Please understand in advance that certain circumstances may prevent transport/accommodation and other travel facilities from responding to repayment.
(4) "Non-refundable" flight tickets may imply that only the main flight itself is non-refundable. Therefore, airport taxes, etc. may be refundable, depending on the airline." ※For change/cancellation provisions and fees, the amount varies based on requested services (flight class, etc.). (5)Even if a hotel is non-refundable, you may be refunded for a portion or all of the amount charged for other incidental items.

6. Cancellation/Contract Termination

In the case of cancellation, we will terminate the contract without notice, and when applicable, charge a fixed cancellation fee. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the customer by the following reasons for cancellation:
- The customer did not provide payment by the stated payment deadline
- Cancellation due to an incident with the credit card company and/or airline
- Detection of unauthorized use


7. Caution

Any unnecessary actions while processing the credit card payment may result in your card being charged multiple times. Once you have pressed the button to submit payment, please refrain from going back to a previous page or pressing the submit payment button again.

8. Revision of Terms

The contents of this agreement are subject to change without notice.

9. Effective Period of This Agreement

The effective period of this agreement is from 2017/05/10 until the term of validity of the credit card (including credit card payment via CCCF) payment.
